Dog Sledding

Now you can travel to nearby Rothiemurchas Estate near Aviemore to experience something truly unique anywhere in the world that is Dog Sledding. Run by the Stewart family the Cairngorm Sledding Activity Centre is an experience never to be forgotten. Tours operate from October to April. You start off with an introduction to the world of dog sledding, then go on a dog sled ride with international competitor Allan Stewart, followed by a walk round the centre and the museum.

Alternatively, for £ 8 per person you can just visit the centre and the little museum, which is also an experience in itself.
